Sternberg Kohen Architects has designed this Casa Nordelta, a spectacular stone and wood-faced structure located in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The house is designed with outside and inside integration in mind. This casa nordelta’s stunning exterior blending natural elements with a meticulous, modern edge. Floor-to-ceiling glass on the main floor brings the outdoors in. Outdoor living spaces include a covered dining area and a pool with a sundeck.
The house of nordelta’s exterior incorporates only natural materials like stone and wood and consists of bearing walls and steel columns that allow greater openness to the garden. The load-bearing walls are made in stone, providing greater insulation and waterproof. The house is oriented north to catch beautiful lake views with floor-to-ceiling windows. The house’s shape is two blocks connected with entrance. The house features as public areas as private spaces as for adults as for their kids. Private areas are separated in order to give family members an autonomy.
