This comfortable sofa series of In Duplo designed by Anne-Mette Jensen and Morten Ernst, is a series consisting of two sofas in kinship (In Duplo High & Low) with a common theme. They have designed the In Duplo sofa series for the Danish furniture manufacturer Erik Jørgensen.
Its designs are simple, yet remain elegance and well suited for any room to be placed at houses or even apartment, while its simplicity still able giving you the look of comforts and elegance.
This sofa consists of a wing shaped corpus which holds a composition of cushions. Resembling likeness of a stone circle where each element is modified and finds its natural bearing. The designer came up with a design of simple but strong graphic and giving us the organic expression which take us to rewind the time back to the new modernism in Danish Furniture Design Renaissances in early 50’s.
