Built on top of 161.07 square meters area with total floor area reaching up 270.20 square meters, Yoshihito Kida Japanese architectural team has placed this beautiful Y Residence on top of a hill with a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean. This Y Residence is kept within a tight and limited budget, so it’s a challenge to all the crew in making out of the impossible. This way they are fusing the Japanese architecture design with contemporary design creating a great mutualism relationship between the interior and exterior. As you all notice that when all the windows of the living room are opened the terrace and the living room unite creating a spacious area with a gifted panoramic view. Almost every aspects of the house is wrapped in white which create a good cool atmosphere during the hot daylight and a perfect bright serenely wrapping the house during the night.
