This beautiful EPIC Miami Hotel and Residences interior design was designed by Cheryl Rowley. The 54-story building is located on a distinct waterfront setting at the edge of the Miami River and Biscayne Bay. The hotel’s 411 guestrooms and suites feature calming earth tones, sophisticated custom furnishings and stylized spaces to create memorable stays.
Architect Luis Revuelata’s inspiration began with Epic’s instinctive waterfront location interpreted throughout its design and architectural choices. Boat sails are symbolically represented in the facade, the prow of a powerboat and sweeping horizontal lines create a sense of movement and breeze. To honor the site’s Native American significance, fire, water and earth were integral to its design inspiration. By sunlight, the building develops a character symbolizing sailboats upon the river and by night it represents the small fires of Miami’s native Tequesta nation.
Living at EPIC Residences & Hotel means you are in the epicenter of vibrant, urban energy. Placid waterfront living merges with all that is exhilarating about city life. Your tall sweeping glass walls are a window to sunrises dancing on Biscayne Bay.
